Returns
Returns are free within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@luna-ex.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

To be eligible for a return, your talisman must be undamaged and unstained, in its original pouch and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
